Mission Completed *ting*

Yours truly, Rachel Ngiam has never thought that she would bake someday.

But now, why?

The very original drive in me to bake is to bake for Boyfie.

 

I know!

I’m such a bad daughter!

I should have learned to bake for the sake of family instead of Boyfie.

But yknow, my family has never been someone who initiates the sparks in me.

Don’t ask how Boyfie influenced me.

He just did, whether its directly or indirectly, HE JUST DID. =.=”

 

 

 

Wokie.

The first time I baked was during internship.

I have been staying at home during the whole internship period.

So I was kinda SUPER free and all.

My time was spent in the office and HOME.

So one day my heart ignites and I wanted to bake.

So badly that I would want it done on that day itself.

>.<

 

 

The first thing I start baking was:

Cupcakes!

I still fail in the deco part.

But the cake is totally edible. =))

 

Second one:

Cheese Cake!

Philadelphia Cheese cake!

It was awesome! I have never thought that I could make it exactly the same taste as my aunt!

Of course, I did the first time with the existence of my aunt.

Second time, she wasn’t around.

So, I’m kinda impressed with my own “skill” =)

 

Third one:

Marble cake!

Baked this yesterday because of mummy.

She bought a box of Self-Raising Flour.

She wants me to bake it for the sake of the “oven”.

Because I was baking crusts and while waiting for me to fill in the dough, this was in the oven.

Kononnya not to waste electricity. Kononnya.

 

Main Character of yesterday:

Mini fruit tarts!

It was not as mini as Fifi’s.

This is the middle size one I guess.

Gosh. I love custards!

 

I always love fattening stuffs! W-H-Y!!

 

 

 

I told Boyfie that baking tarts are complicating. Very difficult.

Kind of like complaining.

Then, the first thing he said to me was that:” so you’re not going to bake tarts anymore?”

I was like, WHAT THE…..

Guess what I answered? xP
